Because it wouldn't be a holiday weekend without another excuse to visit the Lincoln Park Zoo, the zoo has released video of two week-old Red Panda cubs—the first to be born at the zoo.

The cubs were born June 26 at the Kovler Lion House, according to a press release, to five-year-old mom Leafa. The cubs will spend the next several months in their mother's den, and their sex will be determined and names will be chosen once they can wander away from their mother. They will eventually join their three-year-old father, Phoenix, in the zoo exhibit.

The cubs' weighed less than five ounces at birth, according to zookeepers, and will not open their eyes until they are around three weeks old. Until then, it seems they will be most likely to be spotted rolling around Leafa's den, squeaking up a storm.
