Lovers of Brendan Sodikoff, get ready—all of your favorite foods from his restaurant group are about to be served under one roof. We just got word that "3 Greens Market," a new concept combining several restaurants under one roof, is opening in February.

The new combo will be housed in the space that has contained Cocello and Dillman's, two Sodikoff concepts that didn't quite get enough love to last. According to the press release, diners will be able to order food from favorites like Small Cheval (burgers and fries) and Dillman's Pastrami Bar. There will also be Bavette's Bakery, a big salad bar, an outpost of C.C. Ferns coffee and cocktails. If they start serving Maude's Liquor Bar pate, we'll never have to dine anywhere else ever again.

The seating area will be transformed into a 1960s rec room, where guests can "relax on couches, watch a curated selection of movies, indulge in classic board games or work from communal wooden tables." 3 Greens Market will open in February, though there is no date yet.

Hopefully, this more informal concept will be able to keep this space hopping. But let's be honest - we're gonna go for the burgers.
