Metric Coffee, the roaster behind the coffee at Antique Taco and Southport Grocery, is set to open its own café inside its plant on the Near West Side in June, Eater reports. The coffee shop will serve the company’s signature roasts, cold-brew coffee on tap, cold-pressed juice from the nearby Time Machine Juice Co., pastries, and the chance for customers to watch the roasting process up close.

The brainchild of Caffe Streets owner Darko Arandjelovic and former Intelligentsia roasting manager Xavier Alexander, Metric was founded in 2013 and does its roasting inside the incubator at the Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago. The new café, designed by Norsman Architects, will feature a coffee bar and garage door-style windows.

The opening is set for June 24.
