Spring Awakening, the music festival that took over Adams/Medill Park this past weekend, was as much about fashion as it was about EDM. (This is why, if you rode the Ashland bus in the past three days, you may have noticed the glittery people passing around the bottle of Jim Beam looked really different from the other bus riders.)
The hot trends at Spring Awakening this year: grass skirts, furry legwarmers, crop tops, flower crowns, mysterious masks and hula hoops. You don't have to take our word for it, though—Chicagoist photographer Tyler LaRiviere took some shots of the best style.
(We don't have captions for our Saturday photos due to some technical difficulties, but if you see yourself in the gallery and would like us to update our caption with your info, email tips@chicagoist.com.)
