10th Corpse Of The Year Found In Lake Michigan Sunday

Authorities recovered what was at least the tenth corpse of the year from Lake Michigan at Loyola Beach on Sunday. The unidentified 49-year-old man's body was pulled from the water in the 1000 block of West Pratt Avenue, near Loyola Beach, at around 3 p.m. on Sunday, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body looked like it was decomposing, authorities told the Tribune.
The man's body was the third found in the lake last week.
