Remember the U.S. Pizza Museum? The huge collection of memorabilia owned by collector Kendall Bruns made headlines when it mounted a two-day show back in April, but the run was so short that not many people actually got to see it. Now, the museum is headed for a two-month run at The Whistler.

The Logan Square bar regularly hosts artists and displays, and from July 18 to Sept. 18 it will host the Pizza Museum. Items on display will include "video games about pizza, ShowBiz Pizza Place memorabilia, pizza-themed vinyl records, and stuffed animals of retired pizzeria mascots," according to a statement.

There's also an opening party for the exhibit on July 20 starting at 6 p.m. and featuring free pizza from Father & Son Restaurant. As always, if you can't get to the show, you can check out the collection online.
