Photos: The Northalsted Halloween Parade Was Hopping Last Night

Fire-breathers, zombies, Super Mario characters and, yes, some Cubs fans, turned out for Lakeview's annual neighborhood Halloween parade Monday night.

The Northalsted Halloween Parade has been running for 20 years now, and while the Loop's Cultural Mile Halloween Parade has been encroaching on its spooktacular territory the past couple of years, Northalsted seems to be only getting more popular. We sent photographer Tyler LaRiviere out to North Halsted Street on what was thankfully not a World Series game night to capture the official Halloween eve festivities.
