Because President-elect Donald Trump loves nothing more than a twirl of the old Spinning “Prize” Wheel of Marginalized Peoples, we’ve seen an awe-inspiring influx of donations for all manner of advocacy groups, like the ACLU, the Anti-Defamation League, the International Refugee Assistance Project and countless others. But the most deliciously cheeky example of civic response so far takes aim at Trump’s veep, former Indiana governor and reproductive-rights early man Mike Pence.

Of the whopping 160,000 donations made to Planned Parenthood since Election Day last week, 20,000 were made in the Pence’s name, the Indianapolis Star reports.

Pence, of course, is not only anti-women’s health, he’s outlandishly so. Pence introduced the first bill to block federal assistance to Planned Parenthood, in 2011; he signed a law that disallowed private insurance from covering most abortions, in 2014; and this year he signed legislation that mandates aborted fetuses be buried or cremated and requires abortion seekers to undergo an ultrasound prior to the process.

Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, told the paper in a statement that the organization an "unprecedented outpouring of support" since the Trump’s victory.

As for soon-to-be-leader-of-the-free-world's part, Trump sounded more than happy in a recent 60 Minutes interview to appoint a Supreme Court judge that would diminish and in time overturn Roe v. Wade.
