The initial four-date run of ramen cooking classes at Furious Spoon filled up so quickly, chances are you probably didn’t land a spot at one of the uber-popular restaurant’s in-demand how-to’s. Well, we got some good news on Wednesday for anyone left on the outside looking in: Furious Spoon is bringing back weekend classes throughout the year in 2017.

Classes run two hours and include a quickie history primer on the trendy noodle dish plus, of course, demonstrations on how to master the delicate art of noodle rolling and cutting—with Furious’ fancy noodle machine and (since you probably don’t have one back at your place) a ramen plan for at home. Each session ($95) includes a lunch (ramen, side and cocktail) plus ingredients to get you started at home.

Classes take place most Saturdays and Sundays in 2017 (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) at the Logan Square location (2410 N Milwaukee Ave.). Check out availability, exclusions and ticket info here. Limit eight people per session.
