Wanna Buy An Amusement Park? Suburban Go-Kart, Mini-Golf Spot On Sale For $1.2M

In the market for a splashy, large-scale real estate acquisition but, say, $65 million for a Fulton Market block is a bit beyond your means? Perhaps the relative bargain of $1.2 million for your very own amusement facility is more your speed.

As Curbed discovered, a six-acre plot—two of which are loaded with amusement-park draws—in the far northwest 'burbs of Woodstock, Illinois is currently listed on Estately for just a couple hundred thousand over a mil. Those two acres include an "18-hole miniature golf course, outdoor go-cart track, five batting cages, arcade room and restaurant," according to Estately. (You know the boons are numerous when "restaurant" is essentially tacked on as a matter-of-fact appendix.)

With this plus Groundhog Day locations galore, a move to Woodstock sounds better than ever.
