Photos: This Eye-Grabbing 'Rustic' Loft Along The 606 Can Be Yours, For $749K

Updated 5/10/17: The condo is back on the market after a brief hiatus, and this time the sellers are asking $749,000. We'll see if the price drop is enough to snag a buyer.

At $779,000, it's a wee out our price range, but that's not stopping us from ogling this enviable Bucktown find today.

Listed on the market now, the 1,750-square-feet, three-bedroom condo, at 1750 N. Wolcott St., is clearly roomy, but it's the wide-open, natural-sunlight-friendly window design and position along The 606 that sets it apart. The aesthetic—exposed brick, reclaimed everything, industrial-meets-contemporary, "rustic modern," as its 2009 Apartment Therapy profile called it—is pretty de rigueur nowadays, but it's well executed here. While we sift through the gallery, we'll also leave this right here, because they can't all—and shouldn't all—look like this.
