Every bourbon lover sighs in awe and longing whenever they hear the name Pappy Van Winkle. The cult-favorite bourbon has a relatively small release every year, and bourbon enthusiasts line up to buy bottles that cost hundreds of dollars. But this new release makes that look like kids stuff.

There are only 710 bottles of the newest, rarest, Pappy, a 25 year old version of the bourbon. According to Men's Journal, the few barrels that were deemed suitable for this particular bourbon are original stock from the original Van Winkle distillery (now the brand is owned by Buffalo Trace) and the bottles retail for $1800. However, you're not likely to find this special stuff at Binny's anytime soon—it'll all get snapped up by collectors.

But, you can have a taste if you head to Bub City! The Lettuce Entertain You country-themed BBQ joint has locations in River North and Rosemont, and both locations have a single bottle of this special stuff. They're selling it for $225/ounce in Chicago and $210/ounce in Rosemont, and will keep pouring it till it's gone. Those bartenders better not spill a drop.
