Baker Miller continues its bid to takeover the entire baked goods scene in the City of Chicago. After their highly-acclaimed main store opened in fall of 2014 in Lincoln Square, and their second location opened in November of 2015 in Ravenswood Manor, I thought they were done—at least for a while. But owner Dave Miller says that their third location is "weeks away."

As part of the opening, Everybody's Coffee (935 W. Wilson St.) will become part of a new partnership between the two businesses: "Baker Miller at Everybody's Coffee." Owner David Miller explained that Baker Miller was looking to move into Uptown, and had already worked with Everybody's Coffee as a vendor. "Coincidentally, they were also looking at ways to expand their food offerings and were dreaming about how great it would be if we could partner," said Miller.

The exact opening date isn't revealed yet, but it's coming soon. According to Miller, "We will have breakfast sandwiches built around biscuits and bagels, our most popular grits and oats items, our house avocado toast and a great lunch baguette sandwich/salad menu," at the new location.

They will also be providing catering services for the meeting spaces and offices in the building housing the new location. Originally, Miller, said "the plan was to open a stand alone shop in Uptown, but as we spent more time there, we became worried about being overly competitive." This partnership with an existing business, Miller hopes, will allow them to better fit into the neighborhood.
