If you're a rabid member of the home-remodel set who's also in the market for a new house and well, pretty financially loaded, take note. HGTV's Kitchen Crashers host Alison Victoria recently listed her Wicker Park home, for a cool $1.5 million.

The brownstone, built in 1905, with brick renovation from 2013, looks to have more like a homey contemporary vibe than some of the usual pristine, luxury-real-estate porn. Not surprisingly given the owner, if also includes an enviable kitchen space, renovated by Victoria, with "designer white cabinets, Kallista plumbing fixtures, Thermador Pro appliances, leathered marble countertops and a cozy custom wine nook," according to the listing.
