You Could Buy A House Along The 606 With An Above-Ground Swimming Pool

Real estate along The 606 is many things: architecturally stunning, potentially very overpriced, marred by rapid gentrification. But still, few, if any, Bloomingdale Trail properties offer potential buyers a swimming pool.

That's part of the package involved in the sale of this single family home at 1757 N. Campbell Ave. and an adjacent lot, which has been on the market for a while now but recently came on our radar again after its real estate listing was updated to reflect that sellers were willing to sell the house at a lower price without the adjacent lot—the lot that, yes, includes said above ground swimming pool, along with a half basketball court and a large deck. The home and its lot were listed together earlier this year for $1.1 million.

The four bedroom, two bathroom, three-story home was built in 1987 alongside several similar-looking homes, and is now being sold separately for $649,000 or as part of a package for $999,000. Together, the properties total 5,692 square feet, according to the listing.
