Check Out The Daredevils, Fire-Spitting 'Freaks' & High-Wire Acrobats Who Burn Up Riot Fest's Sideshows

Aside from its sweet-spot mix of nostalgia-stoking legacy acts and thirsty up-and-comers, Riot Fest sets itself apart by being the only music festival (as far as we're aware) whose idea of "amenities" includes the fire-breathing, sword-swallowing self-identified "freaks" from Hellzapoppin and a Wall of Death motordome sideshow, with riders barreling at 90-degree angles along a silo wall for your amusement. This year, they also added the Circus Una Motorcycle Thrill Show, a jaw-dropping, high-wire stunt show that was more entertaining (and with far greater stakes) than some bands we saw. So we decided to spotlight those hard-working daredevils who help make the festival what it is. So step right up to the gallery above, folks. Step right up.
