Antoine Walker, Slum Lord
Former Mount Carmel High star and NBA star Antoine Walker is in hot water for slum conditions at various buildings he owns across the city, according to a report by the Tribune: "Real estate investment companies that list Walker as an investor or principal -- Walker Ventures LLC and AW Realty LLC -- are the target of more than a dozen lawsuits alleging poor management of numerous properties, unpaid debts and damages caused by shoddy repair work." In an interview with the Trib, Walker apologized for the conditions and said, "I accept full responsibility for the debts of my company."

NBA star and Chicago-native Antoine Walker was robbed at gunpoint inside his River North home early Monday evening. Walker was home with a family member at the time of the home invasion, in which a vehicle, cash and jewelry were taken.

In what's likely to become an annual rumor, the Trib hints that Michael Jordan is pondering yet another comeback. Jordan has been spotted at Hoops the Gym playing some b-ball with current NBA stars like Antoine Walker and Michael Finley. And supposedly he's still able to hold his own on the court still. Past appearances of this nature did preceed his other comebacks.
