A 17 year-old accused of stealing a pizza delivery car received an unexpected dose of tough love at his court appearance Sunday morning. According to the Sun-Times, Ravontay Hutchins and a fellow teenage accomplice were arrested Saturday evening after allegedly driving off in an idling, unattended delivery car outside of Pompeii restaurant near Taylor and Ashland.
