Not sure if you noticed but it's been a pretty slooooooow news day around these parts, what with the holiday and all, so we're calling it a day and getting outside to dodge raindrops and throw a variety of meats on the grill while we still can. • Calvin Boender's trial was delayed, but only briefly, as an Appeals Court turned down Boender's request to strike testimony by his former attorney.
