Oh, Italian sub, you are quite possibly one of the most craved food in existence. It sometimes pains us at how hard you have to search in Chicago to find an Italian sub truly worthy of an entire day’s caloric intake. (On the other hand, maybe that’s a good thing.) A little place in West Town is a favorite among many; Bari Foods makes one of the best. For less than five dollars you get a nine inch Italian sub filled with capicolla, genoa salami, mortadella, provalone, giardinera, shredded lettuce, tomato, and onions on rich, crusty bread. Did we mention it was less than five dollars? It's less than five dollars.
