DNA from a 24-year old suspect matches traces left with the remains of Siobahn Hampton, found strangled in an abandoned storefront. Quinn Supports Campaign Contrib Limits

Governor Quinn said in a press conference yesterday that he supports the proposal of the newly-minted reform commission that would put caps on personal campaign contributions. Quinn stopped short of supporting the specifics of the proposal - limiting contributions to $2,400 per person - but did embrace the idea.
