The Supreme Court has said it will not review the lawsuit questioning Barack Obama's citizenship, a controversy that has also focused on an alleged "mystery" around Obama's birth certificate. Donofrio v Welles challenged both Obama and McCain's right to run for president as being natural-born citizens of the United States.
