We're feeling punchy here at Chicagoist HQ today--blame the cabin fever, the extra coffee, whatever you like. But writing about Steve Dahl this morning, all we could think about was Dhalsim from Street Fighter.

We all still love rocknroll...right? We’re still recovering from all that Lollapalooza coverage over here at Chicagoist HQ, but that doesn’t mean we’re too tuckered to tie into an old skool, roll-on-the-floor-in-stale-beer sort of show this weekend. The Red Sox reign is over, only a season after snapping their 86-year curse. A new champion will be crowned. Could it be the White Sox, ending our own...

The water portion of the show is held along the lakefront between Oak Street Beach and the Fullerton Parkway from 9am to 11am this Saturday and Sunday. Then the air show follows each day from 11am to 4pm. The Air and Water Show is Chicago's most popular event of the summer and is expected to draw more than...
