Chicago Plans Terrorism Drill
Coming quick on the heels of last week's London bombings, the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications has announced a biological outbreak "exercise" for Tuesday, August 23. Not much information is being released about the planned drill, but 500 volunteers are need for the whole day, they get free lunch, and the priviledge to ham it up as an infected member of the populace.
