Why We Can't Have Nice Things: Parking Lot Edition

Why We Can't Have Nice Things: Parking Lot Edition

Deerfield Police are searching for a female driver who acted quite unladylike in a parking lot recently and are mulling over possible charges. At around 6:20 a.m. on the morning of September 13, a woman pulled into the parking lot of Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Deerfield, got out of her car and proceeded to "defecate and urinate on company property." (What is it with the suburbs and poop recently?) Baskin-Robbins Bandit Comes Pushed Forward

We can all rest easy now: the woman accused of swiping $20 from a pair of girls at a Deerfield Baskin-Robbins has come forward (after she was turned in by her husband) and has promised to repay the girls in order to avoid any theft charges. The woman claimed she didn't take the money on purpose but rather walked away with the $20 bill "without thinking about it," according to Deerfield Police Cmdr. Walt Trillhaase. Authorities, however, have still not apprehended this man who stands accused of swiping my ice cream sandwich from the Chicagoist break room freezer. [WBBM] more ›
