Lorenzo Espinoza, 19, has been charged with drug-induced homicide stemming from the summer death of Naval recruit Michael Falzone. Prosecutors say that Espinoza sold Falzone a "highly potent does of heroin" in June. The charge is a Class X felony and, if convicted, Espinoza could serve up to 60 years in prison.
