A year when the city's highest-profile killing was a Fenger High student whose death was caught on tape has ended with another Fenger High student killed and his murder captured by surveillance footage. Fred Couch, 16, was shot Wednesday night at Big Sam's Mini Mart (333 W. 119th St) and died a few hours later.
