Damp, dark, dreary...it's not a fun day to be out and about. Rain is likely today and it's gonna be cool, too, as highs will be in the upper 40s (normal for this time of year). But if there's a silver lining, it looks like the scattered showers will taper off towards evening and that we'll have a mostly rain-free weekend on tap for the area.
