"Hoop Dreams" father slain
Arthur "Bo" Agee Sr., father of "Hoop Dreams" figure Arthur Agee, was shot and killed in a apparent robbery Wednesday night. A minister and clothing salesman, Agee was shot in an alley behind his home on 1400 block of S. Clarence Avenue in Berwyn while attending to merchandise in his garage.
Cereality Moving HQ to Chicago
In September Chicagoist reported that the publicist for Cereality, the cereal restaurant, told us "Chicago is absolutely where Cereality wants to be." Turns out she wasn't joking around. In early 2005, Cereality is moving its company headquarters from Boulder, Colorado to Chicago.
