Considering the presidential race is pretty much locked up here in Illinois, we're at a loss for political commercials. (Thank goodness.) However, Congresswoman Jill Morgenthaler has created a poignant, if not humorous, ad taking on opponent Peter Roskam's position on "Right to Life Act." If a woman has in vitro fertilization in the forest and there's no one there to hear it, does it make a life?
