It’s always satisfying to finish a good book, but at the 10th Annual Edible Books Show and Tea we might want to pace ourselves. Voracious readers and eaters alike can take part in the culinary creations of skilled pastry artists. The rules are simple: “it can look like a book, it can act like a book, it can be a pun on a book” as long as it’s edible.
