Drew Peterson urned himself in on felony weapons charges today. He's been charged with knowingly possessing a rifle whose barrel is less than 16 inches long, which is illegal, but Peterson's lawyer says Peterson was a cop at the time the gun was seized, and police weapons are exempt from the law.
