Team Bayside High, the DJ duo of Derek Berry and Rick Carrico, is having a pretty good year; their weekly residency of Rehab Mondays was voted "America's Best Party" by Paper Magazine, they played Lollapalooza, they're so in demand you find find them DJing somewhere on almost every night of the week, and now they're finally releasing their first original track ... and it's good! We can't really endorse the single, which includes a sort of a washed out cover of the Vince Guaraldi Trio's classic "Christmas Time Is Here" and an ill-advised remake of Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart, but if you really want to give it a listen for yourself you can grab it here.
