Workers at a Goodwill facility in Mundelein at 761 S. Midlothian Road called in the Waukegan Bomb Squad on Wednesday night after they discovered a grenade among the items that had been donated. After examining the device, the squad determined it to be a nonexplosive training grenade, according to Deputy Chief Mike O'Brien of the Mundelein Police Department via the Chicago Sun-Times.
