Frank "The German" Schweihs, reputed mobster and courtroom shenaniganeer,died last night at Thorek Hospital and Medical Center. He was 78. Schweihs, who had been ill with cancer for years, was awaiting federal prosecution on charges of racketeering and conspiracy.
