Oscar Mayer, the third chairman of the Wisconsin meat-processing company bearing his grandfather's name, died of natural causes at the age of 95, in Fitchburg, Wis. Mayer retired from the company in 1977. The group reported its first billion-dollar year shortly afterward. The Oscar Mayer company moved to Chicago in 1900 and is now a subsidiary of Kraft Foods. more ›
