We're big fans of the comedy show Impress These Apes. We're also fans of some of the stuff WGN's Pat Tomasulo pulls off. We were jazzed to hear that Tomasulo will be a guest judge at tomorrow night's installment of Apes. So how about one of our favorite Tomasulo bits to celebrate? Yesterday morning, Lizz and Marcus were among the 9,000+ runners along the Lakefront participating in the Soldier Field 10 mile run. And while they didn't win (though Lizz beat Marcus and Zach Emanuel, Rahm Emanuel's 12-year-old son, beat both of them), they were still pretty happy with their efforts. WGN's Pat Tomasulo is cranky and by God, he's not gonna take it anymore. Normally, we're wary of mainstream media's take on social media, but Pat...actually makes us laugh with this video about Facebook etiquette, especially when he shouts his "status updates" to random people on the street. While not quite as cantankerous as Andy Rooney, Pat does remind us of Chicagoist's own curmudgeon, Tankboy.
