An episode of NBC's Dateline show has prompted lawyers for Marni Yang to request a gag order in the case as well as a change of venue due to concerns the segment, which aired last week, might taint the potential jury pool. According to the Tribune, one of Yang's lawyers argued the segment delved into evidence and witnesses that has yet to be reviewed in court. The presiding judge requested a copy of the episode and a hearing on the matter has been scheduled for late September.
