In the category of foolish action, Dennis Goggin, a Chicago Firefighter who was also the Lincoln Park High School girls’ swimming coach was arrested in Elmhurst yesterday, and charged with indecent solicitation and attempted aggravated sexual abuse. Goggin is 42. According to officials, the internet was involved. He’s being held with a $150,000 bond at the DuPage County Jail. more ›
