Last we heard, the plug had been pulled on The Nicky O Chicago, Nicky Hilton's condotel project planned for 500 S. Dearborn. Now we hear that the project is still on, but it's just delayed while they figure out the designer drapes. No word on whether or not they'll match the designer carpet.

Handbag and clothing lines were just the start. Now, Nicky Hilton is getting her hands in the family business and taking the endeavor to Chicago. According to reports, Hilton is developing a hotel chain in conjunction with hospitality firm The Falor Companies and lending her name to the brand.
