Chicago Police answered a call of a break-in at Whittier Elementary School early this morning and discovered a pair of boys, 13 and 14 years old, inside. The 14-year-old then allegedly pointed a gun at police who shot the boy in the leg. According to reports, the boy did not fire on police and the other teen did not have a weapon.
