Teenagers do stupid stuff. We all know it. Most of us did stupid things ourselves. And so did these teens: a trio of teens was arrested for tagging the police memorial by Soldier Field. Police say the graffiti was non-gang-related and not anti-police. Which is nice, but still. Really kids? If you're gonna tag something, you couldn't find a blank brick wall in an alley?
