In a continued effort to make sure only nostalgia acts over the age of 55 play concerts there, Elton John and Billy Joel are teaming up for this year's summer concert at Wrigley, being held on July 21. We guess the Kansas-Moody Blues juggernaut couldn't squeeze Chicago in.
