The maternal grandmother of Eddy Curry's son is promising to fight a court order that's given custody of the child, three-year-old Noah, to Curry. Noah was found unharmed at the scene of the murder of his mother Nova (Curry's ex-girlfriend) and toddler sister (also Curry's child). Yolan Henry initially defied the order and refused to hand over Noah to Curry's care; she eventually relented but has claimed she will fight to gain back custody of Noah, who has been in her care since the murders.
