Jeremy Scheuch, who designed the DIY "I Survived the Blizzaster" t-shirt iron ons with us back in February, has now taken classic baseball cards from the 80s and made the players zombies. We have to say we like Harold Braaaaiiins the best.

How To Succeed In Business By Being A Zombie
We at Chicagoist are on top of zombies. This time, Scott Kenemore will be reading from his latest book Z.E.O. (Zombie Executive Officer): How to Get A (Head) in Business this coming Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Webster Place Barnes & Noble store in Chicago. A satire of financial and how-to-get-ahead-in-business books, “Z.E.O.” teaches the reader how to find great wealth and succeed in business by being like a zombie at the office, "biting" and "infecting" his or her co-workers, and "turning" the competition. Sounds like a typical day at Chicagoist.
Properly Sauced: The Zombie

Photos: Zombie Dance at The Hideout
This weekend's Hideout Block Party had quite a few arresting images -- Monotonix anyone? -- but the unholy meeting of Michael Jackson songs, Robbie Fulks, Rhymefest, and a whole mess o' zombies threatens to be one of the weirdest and most enduring mixture of sound and images of the whole weekend. The choreographed dancing to "Thriller" was pretty durn impressive, and the make-up and costuming was absolutely terrific. Where DO they come up with these ideas? We'll have a full photo set spanning the weekend up here soon, but for now, bring on the zombies!
Tiki Terrace Tantalizes
We'll still have to wait awhile for Chicago's new Trader Vic's, but in the meanwhile Tiki Terrace has now reopened for business and is ready to hula. And we mean that literally: the Hanalei Revue, every Saturday night, and the Ports of Paradise review on Fridays both feature plenty of dancing and other island-style entertainment.
