Due to "shockingly" high bids, Brown Line renovations are on hold. Businesses that faced demolition as part of station expansion plans will now be able to stay open for a few more months than initially planned, including DePaul institution Demon Dogs, which sits under the tracks of the Fullerton stop. So you've got a few more months to stop to enjoy a nice Chicago-style dog while admiring the collection of Chicago (the band) memorabilia.
