It's Like Your Very Own Taste of Chicago

A loyal Chicagoist reader tipped us off to a new Chicago food trend—the Chicago roll. For the uninitiated, that’s a hot dog wrapped in sushi. Yum.
According to the elegant photo essay, lay out some seaweed and rice, and put a hot dog on it. Add some relish, mustard, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. Roll. Sprinkle with celery salt and enjoy some homemade fusion cuisine. Fuck Japonais.
