police received a tip from an escort service.
Moua Her hired an escort service Saturday night, who met him at the Days Inn. When he presented her with a credit card in the name of his estranged wife, Sheng Vang, the escort called her dispatcher to verify the card. An internet search showed that Her was wanted by St. Paul, MN police on suspicion of murdering Vang.
"The dispatcher told the escort to calmly tell Her there had been a problem with the credit card and then to leave." The dispatcher then called the Addison police, who along with the DuPageCounty sheriff's SWAT team, surrounded the hotel and captures Her early Sunday morning.
