2004_07_30.italian.jpgFuck low-carb diets. Feed your dissent on Sunday at The Grand Feast, where 12 restaurants on Grand Ave. will be dishing up their specialties. Participating restaurants, including Thyme, Café Fresco, and Canella's, will be serving a "grand feast" wine dinners this weekend, too.

The festival on Sunday, on Grand Avenue and May Street, will feature music, wine, and of course a lot of chow. Pala, Donnie Greco, Jimmy Damon (playing some Sinatra), Frank Orrall of Poi Dog Pondering, and Cadillac Dave & His Chicago Redhots are scheduled to play throughout the afternoon. Tickets are $15, but if you're not going to eat (wtf?), it's only $5. Or you can find 9 other things to do this weekend.
