Segway Coming to Town

Got $4k and don't know what to do with it?

Segway has decided to make like car dealerships and open stores around the country and we'll be getting our own downtown on August 21. Customers will be able to come in and look at the goods, take a test drive, and buy accessories in person. Another store will open in La Grange. The store will also offer maintenance services and will give lessons on how to ride a Segway, which we recommend you take unless you want to make an ass of yourself ala George W. earlier this last summer. Chicagoist isn't above pointing and laughing if we see you tripping over your brand new Segway.

While Chicagoist is excited for the store, we're also poor, so we'll just have to settle for oogling the Segways and trying to convince you guys to buy us one!
